Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through goodsistanbul.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3 — Product The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sale price of the product are as specified on the order confirmation page.
Article 4 — General Provisions 4.1 The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the essential characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery terms of the product on goodsistanbul.com, and that they have provided the necessary electronic confirmation.
4.2 The product shall be delivered to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated within 15-20 business days, not exceeding the legal 30-day period.
4.3 If the product is to be delivered to a person other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the recipient's refusal to accept delivery.
4.4 The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in sound, complete condition, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
4.5 Payment of the product price is a prerequisite for delivery. If the product price is not paid or is cancelled in bank records for any reason, the Seller is deemed released from the obligation to deliver.
4.6 If delivery cannot be made due to force majeure, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within 3 days. The Buyer may cancel the order, choose a substitute product, or wait for the delivery period to be extended. In case of cancellation, the amount paid shall be refunded within 14 days.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email or phone within this period.
For return shipments, the Seller's designated carrier (Horoz Logistics for furniture and mirrors, UPS for other products) may be used free of charge. If a different carrier is preferred, return shipping costs and transit risk are borne by the Buyer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
The Seller shall refund all payments using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Items that cannot be returned Products made to the Buyer's specifications or personal requirements (custom dimensions, material choices, or design features) cannot be returned.
Article 6 — Jurisdiction For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence have jurisdiction, up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
