2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using goodsistanbul.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on goodsistanbul.com are handcrafted furniture and design objects. Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur. These are characteristics of handcraft, not defects.

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

4. Orders & Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer via our secure payment provider iyzico. Orders placed via bank transfer must be completed within 7 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

An e-archive invoice will be issued for every order and sent to your email address. All invoiced amounts are in Turkish Lira.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the product specifications, price, payment terms, and delivery conditions displayed on the product page.

5. Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full delivery details. In summary: domestic orders are delivered within 15-20 business days (maximum 30 days by law). International shipping is available on request.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full return and withdrawal details. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery under Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502).

7. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, significant infrastructure failures, severe weather, or similar circumstances beyond our control), delivery times may be extended. We will notify you within 3 days. You may then choose to cancel the order for a full refund (processed within 14 days), accept a substitute product if available, or wait for the situation to resolve.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on goodsistanbul.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and software, is the intellectual property of Goods Istanbul / Cansu Ariti. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.

9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on goodsistanbul.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account. Goods Istanbul is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes arising from purchases, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in Istanbul have jurisdiction, up to the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

For disputes arising from website use (non-purchase matters), Istanbul Courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
