Shipping
All orders are handcrafted in our Istanbul workshop and shipped within 15-20 business days. Delivery is made by our specialist furniture courier.
Domestic shipping (Turkey): Free on all orders. Delivery within 15-20 business days, never exceeding 30 days from order confirmation.
International shipping: Available on request. Please contact us at info@goodsistanbul.com or via WhatsApp at +90 535 970 20 88 for a shipping quote to your location.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, please email info@goodsistanbul.com. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier to note the damage on the delivery receipt, then email us at info@goodsistanbul.com with the report. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Once delivery is accepted, the carrier's responsibility ends. Damage reported after acceptance cannot be attributed to the shipping process.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
How to return
1. Email info@goodsistanbul.com within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return.
2. We will confirm your return and arrange collection via our courier at no cost to you. You may also choose your own carrier, but return shipping costs and any damage during transit will be your responsibility.
3. Return the product in its original packaging, with all accessories, documentation, and invoice.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Items that cannot be returned
Custom-made or personalized products (items made to your specific dimensions, material choices, or design specifications) cannot be returned, as per Turkish consumer protection regulations.
Products where the original packaging has been opened for audio, video, or software components (if applicable) are also excluded.
Warranty
All Goods Istanbul products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or alterations to the original design.
