How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders within Turkey ship within 15-20 business days, and never longer than 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Turkey. For international orders, please contact us at info@goodsistanbul.com and we will arrange shipping to your location.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Contact us immediately by email or phone within this period. Returns via our designated carrier are free. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
Can I customize a piece?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard via our secure payment provider (iyzico), as well as bank transfer. Bank transfers must be completed within one week of placing the order.
Are your materials sustainable?
We use natural materials — solid hardwood, cotton cord, real leather, natural stone. We do not use particleboard, MDF, synthetic cord, or bonded leather. Our pieces are built to last decades, which is the most sustainable approach to furniture.
How do I care for my furniture?
Wood: Dust regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods.
Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth. Condition annually.
Stone/Marble: Clean with a soft damp cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.
